The role:
- We are working with a well-established manufacturer and supplier in the packaging sector to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director.
- This is a rare opportunity to lead the commercial function of a business with a strong UK client base and growing international reach.
- The client is looking for a senior sales & marketing professional to own sales and marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, and build the brand in a competitive market.
- You will work closely with the leadership team, shaping the company’s direction while leading and developing a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Senior sales and marketing leadership experience, ideally within the packaging sector
- A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and building teams
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing long-term brand building with short-term sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, practical approach
- Strong track record of sustained achievement and a commitment to building lasting success in previous roles
