Abbie began her career at Key Recruitment in April 2014 at the age of 18 in conjunction with completing her NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. She then was offered a full time position and hasn’t looked back since.
During her time here, she has worked closely with the consultants covering the majority of industries Key recruit in, gaining both administration and recruitment knowledge.
Starting out in Administration, she has gained extra responsibilities over the years such as getting involved in candidate searches, arranging interviews, looking after the company’s social media pages and more.
Abbie has recently changed her role to the Resource Manager leading the admin & resource team, aswell as supporting her own specialist consultants with any admin & resource requirements and other office duties.
Abbie enjoys walking, eating out, holidays, karaoke and having a drink with her friends on a weekend.
