The Role:
- To proactively connect with potential customers through outbound calls, introducing the Company’s products and services and effectively communicating propositions to drive interest and secure sales. The position plays a key role in expanding the customer base, supporting revenue growth and upholding the company’s image in all client engagements.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers
- Research and identify target prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Meet and exceed targets
- Stay informed on product updates and competitor offerings
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- Product and service knowledge
- Industry and competitor insight
- CRM system
- Use of social media platforms e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn
- 3- 4 years’ experience in a cold calling role
- Working in a group setting
- Valid UK Driving License
- Grade 4+ in English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Planning / organisation skills
