The Role:
- You will play a crucial role in driving account growth, increasing revenue, and delivering outstanding customer interactions.
- Ensure your customers’ work flows through the business on time and to the correct quality
- Grow revenue and engage top customers
- Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement revenue-driving strategies
- Stay updated on print technologies and industry trends
- Provide prompt quoting and order processing
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Foster strong relationships and drive repeat business
Requirements:
- 3+ years of print sales/estimating experience
- Minimum 1 year of account management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organised mind-set
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies (Digital, Litho, Large Format)
- Collaborative team player
