The Company:
High-quality Print and POS manufacturer with experience in delivering print and retail display solutions to high street brands.
Offering a full end-to-end solution with in-house design, print as well as logistics, they are well-equipped and have a great reputation.
General Purpose
- To support their Sales and Production team with the processing of client orders for key clients, and to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and to the agreed price and specification
- An understanding of print and production processes to oversee the completion and delivery of customers projects
- A broad competence in all aspects of the creation of card-based point of sale would be required for this role
- The ability to work unsupervised and manage a busy schedule along with a good overview of work in hand you will need to liaise with client and production teams to manage schedules
The Role:
- Working with clients and colleagues to create the “display” to the agreed specification
- Raising job bags with the correct information and ensuring that they are kept up to date
- Liaising with the production team(s) to ensure work is progressing in a timely manner
- Using all aspects of their Management Information System to assist in the efficient performance of the business
- Placing orders with suppliers and working with them to ensure that they meet client’s expectations
- The preparation of labels, delivery notes, load up sheets and delivery details to achieve the agreed delivery date
- The preparation of invoices ensuring that they have a Purchase Order and cover all appropriate costs and any extras which have been agreed prior to the submission to the client
