The Company:
Specialists in Large Format Printing for events, exhibitions and display.
They are looking for an internal Account Manager to join the team and manage accounts through the business whilst supporting the external sales team.
Responsibilities
- Generating and maintaining excellent quality relationships with clients
- Generating quotations using MIS
- Booking in work on MIS
- Chasing artwork & liaising with Studio/clients RE artwork issues
- Track and ensure all jobs are delivered on time & correct
- Identifying clients who’s T/O has dropped off & aim to increase
- Promoting new products and services & increase spend of existing clients
- Keep production updated with up-coming work
- Negotiating sales with existing clients
- Putting new leads onto MIS & following up by noting any conversations with clients
- Site surveys with client contacts
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales environment in similar role
- Experience of the large format industry & in-depth knowledge of products and processes
- IT skills & use of an MIS system
- Articulate with good communication & customer service skills
- Self-motivated & Positive
- Calm under pressure
- Problem solver with organisational skills
- Confident
