Position: Sales Executive – Print & Packaging
Location: East Midlands (Hybrid Work)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience (+ Bonuses and Car allowance)
The Company:
My client is a UK print & packaging manufacturer of high quality bespoke print, packaging and POS, with a reputation for sustainable technology.
Due to consistent growth they are now seeking an experienced UK Sales Specialist with a proven track record of business development in litho
print & packaging.
The Role:
- New Business development
- Growing relationships and revenue with existing clients through continued upsell of services
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying needs, and presenting tailored packaging solutions
- Driving sales growth by managing and securing new business opportunities
- Managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to maximise opportunities and service delivery
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of printed packaging
- Proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing key accounts
- Proficiency using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong negotiation skills
- Well organised
- Team player
- Creative / Innovative
