My client serves a wide range of customers in the large format sector of print, including digital wallpaper, vinyl graphics, manifestation, banners, light boxes and external signage etc. They have an excellent reputation within the industry
My client is looking for an Internal Sales person to join their team to re-introduce the business to dormant accounts and win new business from those account as well as pass any leads to the commercial manager and have some account management responsibilities. You will report directly to the commercial manager
- This role will suit someone with an excellent telephone / email manner, who also has great organisational skills, and a zest to build relationships / create new business
- Crucial you have telesales / internal sales experience
- Enthusiastic and hardworking with a sense of urgency
- Negotiating with clients and colleagues
- Think creatively to resolve issues and has a can do attitude that is focused on successful outcomes for the business and clients / potential clients
- The ideal candidate will benefit from knowledge of large format digital / point of sale
- Having an understanding of a CRM system (however not essential as the client uses an in house one which you will be fully trained on)
- Good written and spoken English
- Positive, resilient attitude to working with clients and colleagues
