The Opportunity:
Our client is a well-established business supplying large-format print, signage & event branding to clients across the UK.
They are now seeking a well-organised Account Manager to join the team.
This role would suit someone with experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Be the main point of contact for your customers
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare quotations and manage customer enquiries
- Monitor project progress and keep clients updated throughout
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage
Key Requirements:
- Experienced Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or Customer Account Executive
- Commercially aware with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Confident working with clients at all levels
- Experience within print, signage, large-format graphics, exhibitions, branding or a related manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential
