The Role:
• As a key member of their Estimating team you will utilise your print and direct mail production knowledge to provide effective, swift and accurate responses to all quotation requests whilst continually reviewing specifications to ensure the most appropriate method of production is provided.
• You will ensure all enquiries are processed in a timely and efficient manner whilst building relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to encourage repeat and new business opportunities.
• Excellent customer service skills and previous print management or print production experience is essential for this role.
• Previous estimating experience for Direct Mail together with product and machinery capability awareness is desirable.
