Responsibilities
An exciting and diverse role, with a leading packaging printer. As Account Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising directly with the client, sales colleagues and production team to identify solutions to their challenges
- Building working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of all projects
- Managing projects from brief to completion, co-ordinating samples, proofs, and approvals to ensure suitable completion
- Ensuring work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format
- Identifying opportunities within the client and escalate to the Sales contact to support account development
Requirements:
- Experience in a print related project management environment, with good print knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, suppliers and colleagues, orally and in writing
- Actively participate as a team member in achieving team goals when required
- Excellent communication skills to work well with both colleagues and clients
- Positive can-do attitude, who works well in diverse environment
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Desirable attributes:
- Experience using a print-related MIS e.g. Shuttleworth/Tharstern etc
- Ability to produce estimates for print projects
- Ability to raise Job bags following our process control maps
