Salary: £55k – £62k + Commission + Car (OTE c.£65k)

The Role:
- You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while supporting and growing existing customer accounts.
- This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will provide technical expertise and practical machining solutions directly on-site.
- Developing and managing customer relationships within your territory
- Identifying opportunities to introduce cutting tool and machining solutions
- Providing technical advice on tooling selection, machining strategies and productivity improvements
- Conducting on-site trials and performance evaluations
- Preparing quotations, proposals and technical reports
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Achieving agreed sales and margin targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical sales or machining/manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools and metal machining processes
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
- A full UK driving licence
