My client is a leading chemicals manufacturer and supplier
The Role:
• Project Management of extensive test programs for Chemical Anchoring product range while maintaining a good understanding of test standards and assessment process
• Providing technical support and training, professionally, to customers, internal staff and Business Development Managers
• Research and investigation into structural codes, approvals, and potential opportunities based on the requirements of the global construction industry
• Continual development on structural software packages to support the customer and their product range*
• Creation and maintenance of Product Data Sheets containing all technical information of the products offered to customers
• Ensuring complete traceability of projects from application to completion. This includes reporting on progress, finances, and opportunities/risks that the company may need to react to
• To fully support the Engineering dept, the company and customers; continuous learning and understanding of the codes, standards, and developments of the market.
Requirements:
• Educated to degree level or above in a relevant engineering subject
• A good understanding of structural concepts and the willingness to self-learn
• Competence in excel, PowerPoint and Word
• An eagerness to learn about the industry to improve confidence in making commercial decisions
