The Company:
An opportunity has arisen to work with one of the leading POS providers in Europe; working with top retailers and many major High Street brands, we provide high quality, fast turnaround POS in-store displays.
The Role:
- To ensure that all briefs are answered within the parameters set by the clients, on-time and to the highest quality
- To provide the Account Management teams with accurate CAD drawings, assembly instructions, planograms and prototypes
- To provide the client with a competitive advantage through innovation and consideration in the method of production and materials selections
- When required, attend client, supplier and internal meetings
- Ensure an on-going and up to date understanding of production processes and limitations, and materials developments
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the POS marketplace would be preferable
- Working knowledge of cardboard, corrugated materials and manufacture process
- Highly proficient in Kasemake CAD software
- A good understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good communication skills working alongside designers to develop structures from visuals
- Demonstrable ability to design independently from creative concept through to full production
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to a high technical level under pressure and be a great team player
- Excellent POS and print production knowledge
- Ability to produce tangible ideas and creative solutions to design briefs quickly and accurately
- A good understanding of POS and packaging experience is essential
- Experience of using other materials such as Dufaylite/PVC etc
