An established UK manufacturer of premium printed solid board packaging is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to develop new business across a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced packaging sales professional to join a respected and growing business.
The Role
- Generate new business opportunities across the UK
- Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, manufacturers and print management companies
- Sell bespoke solid board packaging solutions from enquiry through to order
- Work closely with estimating and production teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Products & Solutions
- Folding cartons
- Printed sleeves
- Mailing cartons
- Presentation boxes
- Wallets & board envelopes
- Retail & promotional packaging
- Bespoke die-cut packaging
- Premium print finishes including foiling, embossing and laminating
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and develop existing opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order
- Deliver customer-focused packaging solution
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve targets
About You
Proven experience selling solid board packaging, folding cartons or printed packaging
Strong new business development skills
Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a consultative approach to sales
Full UK driving licence
