The Role:
- Due to the company’s continued successful growth there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager to join their UK sales team to grow and drive sales in the largely untapped markets in Scotland & Ireland.
- The candidate will also be required to liaise with their parent company, to support pan European business where necessary.
- Your task will be to grow sales of a broad range of hot melt and aqueous adhesives into multiple market sectors building upon a small customer base with full commercial and technical support from the company’s technical team and Sales Director.
- You will be joining a hungry new business oriented sales team and can expect plenty of encouragement, assistance and support from their close knit group.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be living on territory although other realistic locations will be considered for the right candidate.
- Previous industry experience in aqueous and hot melt adhesive markets, including the packaging, print and product assembly markets preferred but all allied experience in these markets or similar will be considered.
- Core competencies in prospecting and engaging potential new customers will be vital.
