The Company:
Print, Marketing and Communications business are looking for a Print Account Team manager, this is a Senior role which will involve managing the Account Management team, working closely with the Operations Managers to assist with the continual development of the Account Management team.
The Role:
- Manage certain key customer accounts
- Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and exploit all existing client opportunities
- Work closely with the operations directors with the on-boarding of new opportunities
- Account Management of predefined Customer Accounts
- Quoting and raising of Job tickets for production staff
- Understand and deal with client facing issues
- Assist with tenders and new business opportunities
- Undertake regular client review meetings
Requirements:
- Flexible and diligent
- Good work ethic and attitude
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Works well under pressure and can handle difficult situations
- Knowledge of the print industry is desirable but not essential as training provided
- Ability to work as part of a team
