The Role:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and allmatters specific to the clients requirements
- Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers
- Ensure the timelyand successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives
- Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback
- Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines
- Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work
- Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities
Requirements:
- Proven sales/account management or other relevant print experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients & colleagues
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Pro-active with a forward-thinking approach to new products and development
