Account Manager/ Estimator

The Company:
Suppliers of large format printing services for Retail POS, exhibition stands, installations for outdoor & indoor display, smaller media, window vinyls & vehicle wraps.
Responsibilities:
- Project management & account management
- Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production, & dispatch
- Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes, follow up enquiries
- Set up and issue detailed works instructions, booking in jobs, follow through all jobs to completion
- Work within SLA’s to ensure the business meets client expectations
- Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will possess outstanding client and organisational skills
- Must have strong knowledge across Large Format Digital Print
- Good knowledge of using MIS systems
- You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
- Strong knowledge of the Design & Print processes
- Good problem solver
- IT literate and be able to learn new systems
- Excellent communicator
- Service Orientated
