The Company:
A well-established Office and Print company have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join their busy Account Handling Team.
They are looking to recruit a confident, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join their rapidly growing print and office team.
The role:
• To monitor and manage the workflow of estimates, orders and job bags through their IT systems
• Provide a swift, accurate and professional response to personal customer enquiries (deliveries, invoices, products and pricing)
• Provide daily feedback to Directors, analysing estimates/orders and current challenges
• Manage holidays ensuring coverage at all times
• Attend daily production management meetings in order to facilitate good communication
• Report production feedback to the team
