They push the limits of dye sublimation, UV, LED and water-based technology and are one of the UK’s fastest growing and exciting suppliers of large format printing services, POS campaigns, luxury brands, internal and external branding. Handling everything from bespoke interior and retail display solutions to conferences, stadium and sports branding.
The Role:
- Account Executive/Client Services Executive
- The role would suit a new graduate looking to develop a career in large format printing
Responsibilities
- Book in deliveries for Sameday, Nextday & Overseas addresses
- Ensure all shipping documents are created & correct
- Produced additional delivery notes
- Print Dymo labels and label up boxes
- Collate daily spreadsheets of dispatch items
- Collate daily spreadsheets with PODs
- Deal with any queries raised with couriers
- Solid project management / account management skills
- Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production
- Track and ensure all jobs and projects are delivered on time & correct
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player, Strong admin skills, Self-motivated
- Computer literate with intermediate capability with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving
- Own and take responsibility for customer issues and deal with effectively
- Work on own initiative and as part of a team
