Key’s Referral Scheme

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to all those that have helped us place candidates over the years in their new exciting roles. Due to your help, we sent out over £3,500 in referral cheques in 2015 – and we have continued to add to this figure in 2016!

Without your help, some candidates may never have known about the opportunities out there that have helped them to step up the career ladder or join a business more suited to them.

If you haven’t been part of this then make sure you are fully aware as it’s probably the easiest £100 you’ll ever receive! For any candidate or opportunity that you refer to us, that we aren’t already working with, we will give you £100 in old fashioned cheque form should we place that candidate or fill the role.

It may be that the person you refer isn’t actively looking but isn’t getting recognised in their role or doesn’t have the opportunity to progress. If we understand people’s aspirations then that helps us find the most suitable company and job for them.
