To support the company on its strategy to develop within the UK and EMEA market
To seek opportunities for growth by developing business relationships with current distributors and Key Accounts
Pro-actively searching for new customers
To define and analyse competitors’ strategy, products, prices, and other relevant information, such as market trend, changes of customer need, competitor activities and customer feedbacks
To research and identify customer needs and apply appropriate commercial and coordinate technical support to achieve sales growth with them;
To organize product presentation to the Key Account or public presentation with the selected customers.
Organize technical presentations with the support of the formulation and scientific team
To work closely with the distributors and Key Accounts to keep updated on the number of visits, sales, stocks, samples, etc.
To participate in the local and international exhibitions.
To implement and fulfil the tasks given by sales director
Requirements:
You are an experienced sales/ technical executive (5+ years) with a deep understanding of the coatings, inks, paints, adhesives related markets
You are educated to a degree-level in a scientific discipline (preferred)
Proficient in English, and comfortable understanding from a technical level (required)
You are able to analyse the market, marketing and sales planning.
Strong business acumen ad B2B experience
You have high interpersonal competence and negotiation skill.
Willingness to travel in UK and Europe to meet customers when possible
You are able to work independently under remote management
You are self-driven and proactive
Experience in UV curing market or have a background in coatings/inks/paints
