My Client integrated agency, based in Surrey. The agency provides a blend of commercial and creative work for clients ranging from local government and charitable organisations to national and international blue-chip
The role:
- You will report to the Account Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to create exceptional work on time and within budget.
- You will collaborate with different teams and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
- You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground
- The role involves project and systems management, so your administration skills must be excellent, and you will need to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, whilst following agency and client pr
- Daily review of workflow and ‘work in progress’ and work with the Account Managers to prioritise projects and plan forthcoming work within the studio
- Assign projects / work to the relevant designer
- Scope and cost projects, create estimates, create project timelines
- Stay on top of projects / WIP, scheduling briefings and internal reviews between designers / account team, follow up with work in the studio to ensure it is completed as planned
- Quality Checking and proof reading against client brief
- Project reconciliations and identifying solutions for out-of-scope
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ agency experience, preferably in a full service / through the line agency, is desirable but not essential
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills
- Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
- Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
- Confidence, and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Be a problem solver – foresee potential issues before they arise, seek solutions Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
