The Company:
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Business Development Manager who is looking to work for a growing, progressive company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years’ experience in the industry along with a proven track record for developing new business from scratch.
Requirements:
They must have experience working in all areas of bespoke signage including:
• Architectural signage
• Wayfinding
• Digital print
• Vinyl and manifestation.
Duties & Skills will include the following:
• You would need to be office based at least 2 days a week
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Briefing Account Managers when handing over jobs
• Meeting with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
• Gain approvals of both costs and manufacture from the client
• Maintain good communications with in-house departments and external contractors throughout the life of the project
• Attend handover meetings with client and agree any additional works to be completed within the set timescales
• Self-starting with the ability to work on own initiative
• Good planning, organisational and time management skills
• Be able to use in house CRM system to plan and monitor pipeline
• Customer focussed – with the ability to create an easy rapport
• Ability to research and create prospect base and sales pipeline
• Ability to engage and negotiate at all levels
• Plan and implements organised steps to achieve agreed goals
