Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Production Manager to supervise and support the production team
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process
- Maintaining the operational effectiveness of the production workflow schedules
- Managing production staff, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation and cost-efficient production methods
- Comply with Company health and safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Resolve any production related issues or delays, communicating effectively with all staff
- Working with the senior management team
Essential Criteria:
- Experience with large format digital print production
- Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
- Managerial experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised, confident working to deadlines
