The Role:
• Risk & method statements, ISO9001 /14001 accreditation maintenance / support
• Scheduling director meetings, managing director’s activities such as travel and accommodation – related to projects
• Arranging access for site surveys and meetings
• Booking subcontractors, document management-for large graphic projects, arranging permits and access with relevant contacts
• Dealing with H&S, dealing with relevant suppliers
• Generating job sheets and work instructions
• Working with the finance manager to analyse costs and projects-( some finance experience would be a real advantage)
• Providing production & sales support, as well as some other more general day to day office duties
• Work well under pressure
• Well presented with a good work ethic
• Lateral thinking, to make strong commercial decisions
• You must conduct yourself with a professional attitude
