The Company:
My client are recruiting for an Artworker/Repro Operator to join their company. You will produce press-ready artwork to a high standard along with plate-ready files for production. Have experience in artwork creation and manipulation to an excellent quality, along with creating packaging artwork. Working with Adobe Creative Suite skills, Mac, Esko, and Microsoft (Including Word and Excel).
Responsibilities:
• Produce a wide range of artwork to a high standard.
• Produce plate-ready files for Production.
• Work closely with the Client Services Department to ensure deadlines are met.
• Able to take and interpret customer briefs.
• To adhere to an artwork checklist, checking all files to ensure the highest possible standard.
• Always be commercially aware.
Requirements:
• Proficient in general use of Apple Mac Computers
• Familiar with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite skills, Mac, Esko, and Microsoft (Including Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Accuracy and high levels of attention to detail
• Experienced in dealing with pressure in a very fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the print industry and the processes.
• Knowledge of artwork, pre-press, and repro
