The Company:
My client is a leading supplier of technology-driven marketing solutions with particular expertise in supporting multi-site organisations, such as retail, leisure, franchise and corporate groups with various office or production sites.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm flexibility, as additional hours may be required when the business demands require
- Overtime
- Flexibility
- Weekend availability
The Role:
- Oversee and manage the printing process from start to finish.
- Ensure that all printing projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Overseeing and coordinating the workflow of the production process.
- Overseeing personnel
- Evaluating and improving production processes
- Ensuring quality and cost control
- Develop workflow and production processes.
- Plan, organize, and control production processes.
- Managing production staff.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain production records and files.
- Review job orders.
- Coordinate production activities with other departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in the industry
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of the following machines: AGFA, Mimaki, Swiss-Q and HP, Ana Perna, Kudu, Zund cutting table, H poster machines, FY trimmer cutting banners.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
