Junior Logistics Coordinator

08:30am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday
The Company:
• One of the UKs leading Large Format Digital POS Manufacturers has an opportunity for a Junior Logistics Coordinator
The Role:
• To provide logistical services for UK and International Deliveries, including store specific contents and packing sheets, courier labels, tracking and POD information
• Assist the production team in organising and responding to a large volume of client specifications and requirements within a timely manner
• Producing Campaign picking / contents sheets, courier labels, overs sheets for all clients
• To provide POD reports, activity reports to dispatch
• Produce international paperwork for exporting goods
• Raise Purchase Orders for courier invoices
• Administer Courier address databases
• Produce delivery notes
• Organise courier vehicles and collection times
• Assist production office with general administration
• Produce daily despatch lists for Production, Logistics and Despatch team
Requirements:
• Previous print industry experience
• Advance knowledge of MS applications, including word, excel and access
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Administrative skills
• Knowledge of couriers and import/export customers’ paperwork
