Salary: c.£35k + Overtime + Overnight allowances + Bonus + Vehicle

Responsibilities:
- You will have a crucial role in the upkeep and servicing of their products at different client sites.
- As a Field Service Engineer, your main duty will be to maintain, diagnose, and repair a range of their equipment at client locations, ensuring peak performance and reduced downtime.
- You will be the face of their company, interacting directly with customers to provide exceptional service and support. This position demands not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal skills, as you will be required to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with other team members on site.
- You will have the opportunity to travel to various locations across the UK, gaining hands-on experience.
- In addition to fieldwork, you will also be required in documenting service actions, completing reports, and assisting with site surveys.
- Conduct on-site service and repairs for various company equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and system checks as per client needs.
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions for technical problems that arise in the field.
- Document service actions, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues remotely when required.
- Maintain an organised inventory of tools and supplies needed for field service role
Requirements:
- CSCS card
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in a technical environment.
- An understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently, with overnight stays and adapt to changing work environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on-site.
