Role:
My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Direct Mail Account Executive / Communications Consultant to join their busy Direct Mail team within the Sales Department of an award-winning print management company.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple projects to strict deadlines, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns from initial concept to completion.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Manage multiple direct mail and print projects simultaneously.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout each project.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, adding value for both the client and the business.
Provide innovative solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Provide support services to their Hybrid Mail help desk
Requirements:
Knowledge of Direct Mail, Transactional Print, and General Print processes.
Knowledge of Hybrid Mail Solutions would be desirable.
Familiarity with various postal services, printing techniques, and print finishes.
Experience handling client data in line with ISO standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong multitasking abilities.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to manage workloads effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Confident in negotiating with suppliers.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented approach.
Previous experience in the print industry within a customer service or account management role is highly desirable.
