• As the Customer Services Manager/Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the customer services and data teams.
• Responsible for 10-15 members of the team
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Direct Mail or Print is essential
• Experience of managing a team of people
• Excellent communication skills
