Creative Production Account Manager


Up to £35,000 (Salary Dependent on Experience)

The Company:

Large Creative Digital print and design company with locations across the UK.  Offering a wide range of print and design services, delivering clients an outstanding product and excellent service.

Offering a total design, print, packaging and document management solution including small and large format digital printing, bespoke creative packaging, document scanning and promotional marketing.


The Role:

  • Account Manager working within the Creative Production department
  • Manage jobs from start to finish including estimating, booking in & prepress
  • Managing through the production process to despatch and then ultimately raising invoices
  • Managing a diverse client base which requires you to ‘think on your feet’ and multitask
  • The role is predominantly office based but on occasion you may be required to visit clients with a member of the sales team



  • Overall responsibility for managing client accounts and represent the Company in a professional manner
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility before confirming with client
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with your customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities and ensure these are offered where appropriate
  • Attend client meetings where required and report back with all required information so the projects can be managed correctly
  • Raise quotations as instructed, via Tharsterns MIS system, in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring approval is received prior to quotes being forwarded to client
  • Work alongside the designated Production Managers’ on a daily basis ensuring that all necessary information is received, and job requirements have been met



  • 3 or 4 years Print Industry experience with small format print, large format print and direct to media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include highly effective communication/listening skills
  • Excellent planning with the ability to work with conflicting priorities, ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy & professionalism
  • PC literate, confident on MS software packages; word, excel, email
  • Knowledge of Tharstern MIS system preferable
  • Flexibility extremely essential
