The Company:
My client specialises within the Direct Mail, Transactional Mail & Print Management sector.
The Role:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the companies targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Direct Mail, Hybrid Mail, Transactional Mail, UK & International Postage, and Print Management sectors.
• Build and develop a significant pipeline of new business opportunities, focusing on the company’s key sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly onboarded clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• Grow and develop new customers by effectively quoting, converting leads, and serving as a key point of contact.
• Regular contact with existing customers to develop the spend, frequency of use and profitability for the company under the guidance of the Sales Director
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction to increase probability of retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the above specified sectors, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of postal services and products is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce experience is preferable
• Highly motivated and energetic individual with a proactive approach to business development.
• Clear Communication – ability to liaise with colleagues and clients effectively.
• Teamwork – a positive member of the Sales & Client Services team.
• Attention to detail – complete work without the need for supervision and work to deadlines.
• Can do attitude – enthusiastic, motivated, good work ethic, flexibility to tasks and hours of work, desire to learn and accept ownership/responsibility
