Artworker / Job Processor – Large Format Printing

Position:
Large Format Printing Artworker / Job Processor capable of overseeing multiple store rollouts and managing projects across various business sectors
- This role requires a high level of organisation, methodical thinking and project management skills to deliver work for well-known brands and engaging assignments
Key Responsibilities:
Artwork Processing & Preparation:
- Interpret client and account manager briefs to prepare artwork for production
- Ensure artwork is formatted correctly for large format printing, depending on the required print process
- Create cutter guides, white ink layers, and other specialty ink-layered artwork
- Produce artwork proofs and liaise with clients for approval
Project & Workflow Management:
- Oversee multiple store rollouts and high-profile projects from initial brief to completion
- Collaborate with in-house production department to ensure all jobs meet deadlines whilst maintaining high-quality standards
- Co-ordinate with logistics and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution
System & Documentation Management:
- Input clear and concise production and manufacturing requirements into custom job docket system
- Produce installation guides, visuals, and delivery paperwork where required
Key Requirements:
- Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) – InDesign is useful but not essential
- A strong understanding of large format printing processes, materials, and production techniques
- Experience managing projects from start to finish with demonstratable time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical working style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Willingness to support additional paid overtime when necessary
