The Role:
- They are currently seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Application Specialistto join their UK Sales team.
- This role covers the South Region and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how they work and support their customers.
- To provide the ultimate customer experience.
- In this role, you will provide expert technical support in engineering cutting tools and metalworking applications.
- You’ll work closely with Account Managers to present their solutions – either onsite or remotely, through demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Your focus will be on ensuring their products are applied effectively, helping customers maximise the value of their tools and technologies.
- As support to Account Managers, you’ll assist them with value generating and cost saving activities to ensure suitable business opportunities are identified and secured.
Requirements:
- Strong technical experience in engineering cutting tools and applications.
- A proven track record of delivering business results.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and relevant applications.
- Project management experience and customer relationship skills.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Innovative with a passion for delivering technical solutions.
- Someone who thrives independently while collaborating effectively with your team.
- You bring a proactive mindset, a passion for innovation, and a drive to challenge and improve the way they work.
