My client is a specialist Print Management Company
• Lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts via telephone, email and face to face where required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Print Management solutions according to customer needs and objectives, inc quotations, order processing, stock management and delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure required KPI’s are adhered to and achieved.
• Prepare reports on account status including stock and spend, subject to customer’s needs and requests.
• Excellent time management skills required to manage multiple customer accounts and various projects at one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Working alongside Account Director to cross-sell to customers as well as identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Working as part of a wider team to offer support and expertise where required.
