Large Format print & graphics company, specialising in design, print and installation projects for TV, Film, Events and retail display
Responsibilities:

·        Project management & account management ·        Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production, & dispatch ·        Communicate technical solutions and concepts to key clients at all levels ·        Work closely with clients to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements ·        Setting up files & preparing layouts for print from supplied artwork ·        Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes – and follow up enquiries ·        Set up and issue detailed works instructions, booking in jobs, follow through all jobs to completion ·        Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role
Requirements: ·        The successful candidate will possess outstanding client and organisational skills ·        Must have strong knowledge of Print (ideally Large Format Digital Print) ·        Knowledge of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ·        Good knowledge of using MIS systems ·        You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this ·        Strong client facing experience ·        Strong knowledge of the Design & Print processes ·        Good problem solver ·        IT literate and be able to learn new systems ·        Excellent communicator ·        Service Orientated |
