The Company:
My client is a specialist within the Direct Mail sector and are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Account Manager.
The Role:
- Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
- Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
- Grow relationships with existing clients
- Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
- Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
- Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Direct Mail or Print or Mailing is essential
- 3+ years of print Client Services / Sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organised mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies
- Collaborative team player
