The Role:
· Award winning print management company requires an Account Executive to deliver exceptional service levels through the supply of print related products to allocated customer accounts.
· To interpret and respond to tender requests
· To liaise with suppliers to ensure pricing is accurate and supplied in a timely manner
· To keep the Account Management Team informed of progress/issues with current tenders
· Develop and progress the allocated customer accounts to achieve targets set by the company
· Work with their authorised supplier base to deliver a proactive and efficient print service
· Work to deliver the SLA’s and KPI’s required for the allocated customer accounts
· Support the Account Management Team with creation of monthly reports
